Bloxham Walking Group
Bloxham Health Walking Group is part of the national Walking For Health initiative that now numbers over 600 local schemes and 66,000 regular walkers.
| They meet every Wednesday at 10.30am outside the Doctor’s Surgery and have been in existence for almost five years.
Four trained leaders lead the walks. Known for being a friendly and caring Group, the walks are of short duration (45 – 90 minutes) and anyone, young, middle-aged or older who wishes to improve their health by taking exercise is warmly welcomed. |
|
| The aim is to reach out to the community by getting more local people to walk.
They are supported by Bloxham Surgery; Cherwell District Council and by our Church who provide the venue for refreshments taken after each local walk; |
