REVELATION WALL
Below are the words and pictures that were written on the Revelation Wall during the Day of Prayer & Fast.
¨ Dare to ask God to search my heart – constantly
¨ Seek Him before all else. When you are very close to the God who draws you to Him, then mission will flow naturally from your heart.
¨ Those who had been scattered preached the word wherever they went. (Acts 8:4)
¨ In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his appearing and his kingdom, I give you this charge: Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction. (2 Timothy 4:1-2)
¨ Speak out! Tell others of God’s ways that they might know him as they should.
¨ …He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6)
¨ God says “Be confident. Discover what you can do in MY strength. Nothing is impossible.”
¨ Make me truthful to myself and to You, Lord!
¨ Break our hearts for what breaks Yours. Everything we are for Your Kingdom’s cause.
¨ The vision you seek is GOD
¨ …He welcomed them and spoke to them about the kingdom of God, and healed those who needed healing. (Luke 9:11)
¨ Love came down at Christmas. Help us all to reach many people with this wonderful love.
¨ God is the gospel…Immanuel
¨ Seek my values more than vision. My purpose is for you to be like my son and as you set your heart on Him, I will lead you.
¨ God is with us. Help us, Lord, to help others to know You.
¨ God so loved the world he gave his only son. What might we give?
¨ God loves creativity…these events bring Him great joy.
¨ Drop in!
¨ I want you to know the joy of heaven.
¨ I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.” (Luke 15:7)
¨ A picture of an island (our church?) with lots of ships sailing by. Those on the island ignore the ships.
¨ The LORD Almighty has sworn, “Surely, as I have planned, so it will be, and as I have purposed, so it will happen.” (Isaiah 14:24)
