We very much appreciate the support and love of the church in providing us with the opportunity for a sabbatical over the next 3 months

Just as a factory closure allows for vital maintenance work to be carried out on otherwise constantly running machinery, our prayer is that we might be available for God’s maintenance work on us.  Please pray for us in this and in the following:

• As we both reflect on the nature and practice of our ministry, pray that God will shape our hearts and give us a Holy Spirit inspired vision of what our future ministry looks like.
• May God help us to further discern his calling and the ways in which He has gifted us to serve Him.
• Pray that we may know God better and enjoy Him more.
• Ask God to lead us to the right people and places as we look to Him to speak into our lives.
• Pray for God’s protection on us and our marriage.
• Pray for stamina for Mike when he does the Coast to Coast walk at the end of June!
• Pray for opportunities to share our faith with those who do not yet know Christ.
• As we consider the life and witness of the church, pray wisdom and discernment in understanding how God is working among us and where He is leading us in mission.
